EXCHANGE

We want you to be happy with your Bella Caribe Sandals! If you find they’re not the right size, you can exchange them for another size, providing there is no visible sign of wear. If there’s ANY problem at all, PLEASE don’t hesitate to contact us.

RETURNS

Returns are cheerfully accepted. They must be shipped back with 15 days of receipt, accompanied by your receipt.

WARRANTY

Bella Caribe Sandals carry a warranty against manufacturing defects for 90 days after purchase.

Our Sandals have been known to last for years with very frequent wearing. In the long run, the laces will thin and stretch and will need to be replaced: this is normal and expected. Variations in color and texture may also occur, again an expected variant of a natural product such as leather.
